You can enter functions using five methods. Some of these methods are easier than others. These methods are Auto Sum, Highest =max, MIN = min, Average. To get the highest number in the column you want you select the colomn that you want the highest number for and you put = max and that will give you the highest number onces you press enter. To get the Lowest number from that column you select the column and put = min and that will give you the lowest number from that column ones you press enter. To get the average of the column that you want you insert =Ave and that will give the averge of your selected comlumn.
