It is helpful becuase if you need to change anything in the spread sheet you can just change it and it will change everything. Changing values can affect business decisions Because if you change the value to a higher number everything changes and it can change the chart and everything else.

You can enter functions using five methods. Some of these methods are easier than others. These methods are Auto Sum, Highest =max, MIN = min, Average. To get the highest number in the column you want you select the colomn that you want the highest number for and you put = max and that will give you the highest number onces you press enter. To get the Lowest number from that column you select the column and put = min and that will give you the lowest number from that column ones you press enter. To get the average of the column that you want you insert =Ave and that will give the averge of your selected comlumn.
